Sephora Operations Associate (Part‑Time)

1. Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain merchandise availability and operational standards.
2. Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store environment consistently reflects Sephora’s brand and event activations.
3. Deliver exceptional client service by assisting customers, supporting the sales team and contributing to achievement of store sales goals.
4. Maintain store safety, loss-prevention procedures and compliance with company policies to ensure a secure, welcoming shopping experience.
5. Work collaboratively to foster an inclusive team culture and support cross-functional tasks during peak periods, events and promotional windows.
6. Adhere to scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Proven organizational skills with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conveying product knowledge to clients.
4. Team-oriented mindset with a goal-driven approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
5. Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling and to work peak retail hours.
6. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
