Sephora Operations Associate

1. Execute and support daily store operations to ensure efficient service delivery and a pristine shopping environment.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving, and order fulfillment to maintain merchandising standards and product availability.
3. Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setup to accurately reflect brand campaigns and in-store events.
4. Deliver and support excellent client service, contributing to team sales objectives and a memorable customer experience.
5. Uphold corporate policies and safety standards to create a secure, welcoming store environment.
6. Maintain reliable attendance and availability for scheduled shifts, including peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or another client-focused environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven team collaborator.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it clearly to clients and colleagues.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform regular stock handling tasks.
6. Availability to meet required weekly hours for full-time scheduling (30–40 hrs/week) and to work peak retail hours.
