Sephora Operations Associate

1. Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure product availability and accurate on-floor stock levels.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora’s brand standards and support events and marketing activations.
3. Support the client experience by enabling the sales team—preparing stock, maintaining displays and assisting with client-facing events and service delivery.
4. Maintain operational standards by following company policies, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment, and upholding loss-prevention procedures.
5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional store team members to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service during peak retail periods.

1. 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
3. Clear communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work effectively within a team.
4. Ability to learn product information quickly and communicate product knowledge to colleagues and clients.
5. Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
