Sephora Operations Associate

1. Execute day-to-day store operations to ensure a safe, organized and customer-focused shopping environment.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment, cycle counts and loss prevention procedures.
3. Implement visual merchandising directives and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and support marketing events.
4. Support client-facing activities by assisting team members to deliver exceptional service and contribute to sales targets.
5. Maintain operational standards, adhere to company policies and contribute to a culture of inclusion, punctuality and teamwork.
6. Work flexible shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required minimum weekly hours for the Flex schedule.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment.
2. Proven organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to colleagues and clients.
5. Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform sustained periods of standing and movement on the sales floor.
