Sephora Operations Associate

1. Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational continuity
2. Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and execute events
3. Deliver and support exceptional client service; assist the sales team in achieving store sales goals
4. Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment
5. Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance and meet the required weekly shift/hours, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays

1. 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
4. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Entry-level retail experience required: typically 1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
