1. Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
2. Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event executions.
3. Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales goals and create outstanding in‑store experiences.
4. Uphold company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
5. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture and assist colleagues during peak trading periods.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented with a goal‑driven mindset.
4. Ability to quickly learn and convey product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
