Sephora Operations Associate

- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain optimal product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event activations.
- Support the client experience on the sales floor by assisting the team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and orderly shopping environment.
- Assist with receiving shipments, performing inventory counts and resolving discrepancies in partnership with store management.
- Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture that fosters collaboration, open communication and empowerment among colleagues.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and strong time-management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused orientation.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it effectively to clients and teammates.
- Reliable availability for required shifts (part-time range 15–29 hrs/week) including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stockroom tasks.
