1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

4. Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment is required.

$16.60 - $22.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
