1. Support day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and maintaining operational standards.
2. Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, receiving shipments, cycle counts and order fulfillment to ensure merchandise availability.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and support store events.
4. Deliver and support exceptional client experiences by assisting sales teams and ensuring the selling floor is well presented and stocked.
5. Promote a collaborative, inclusive team culture and uphold company policies to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Proven organisational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged periods of standing.
5. Reliable availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
