Sephora Operations Associate

- Support daily store operations including opening/closing tasks, cash handling support and maintenance of operational standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: receive shipments, process replenishment, perform cycle counts and assist with order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service by assisting advisors, answering client inquiries and contributing to sales goals.

- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client‑facing operations role, or similar experience.
- Proven organisational skills with strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating within a team to meet business objectives.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and relay product knowledge to colleagues and clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by operational tasks.
