Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
2. Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and maximize sell-through.
4. Deliver high-quality client service and support the sales team in achieving store performance targets.
5. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, compliant retail environment.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture by fostering collaboration, openness and respect among colleagues.
7. Maintain punctuality and meet required shift/hours commitments, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable educating clients on product benefits.
4. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks associated with stocking and merchandising.
