Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth, customer‑facing experience
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, organization and cycle counts
3. Execute order fulfillment and maintain operational standards to minimize out‑of‑stocks and shrink
4. Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and event execution
5. Deliver excellent client service and support the sales team to meet store objectives
6. Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe, welcoming shopping environment
7. Maintain punctuality and reliability to meet scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)

1. 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing environment preferred
2. Proven organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team oriented and goal driven
4. Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to clients
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stock tasks
