Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations to ensure an efficient and welcoming shopping environment.
2. Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora’s brand standards.
4. Assist the sales team to deliver exceptional client service and help achieve store sales objectives.
5. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards to protect clients and colleagues.
6. Meet required scheduling commitments and be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role, or in a similar operations position.
2. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
3. Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to learn and convey product knowledge quickly.
5. Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance with flexibility to work peak retail hours.
6. Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
