Sephora Operations Associate

1. Manage daily store operations including inventory tracking, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and supports event execution.
3. Support the client experience through proactive service, assisting the sales team to meet store sales goals and performance targets.
4. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards to deliver a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
5. Contribute to a collaborative store culture by fostering inclusivity, punctuality and reliability in shift coverage and teamwork.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment, or a similar operations role.
2. Excellent organizational skills and time-management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to outstanding client service.
4. Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
