Sephora Operations Associate (Flex)

1. Support daily store operations to ensure an efficient, client-focused shopping environment.
2. Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event presentations.
4. Contribute to delivering exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store targets.
5. Maintain operational standards by following company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
6. Promote an inclusive team culture through collaboration, reliability and positive communication.
7. Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment (or equivalent).
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse clientele.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it in customer interactions.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail manual tasks.
6. Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
