Sephora Operations Associate (Flex)

- Support daily store operations to ensure an efficient, client-focused shopping environment.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event presentations.
- Contribute to delivering exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store targets.
- Maintain operational standards by following company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
- Promote an inclusive team culture through collaboration, reliability and positive communication.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment (or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse clientele.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it in customer interactions.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail manual tasks.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
