Sephora Operations Associate

1. Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational standards.
2. Execute visual merchandising, promotional setups and event layouts to maintain brand presentation and drive conversion.
3. Deliver excellent client service by supporting the sales team, providing product information and contributing to an outstanding in-store experience.
4. Maintain compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and safety standards to protect clients and colleagues.
5. Support a collaborative, inclusive team environment and assist colleagues during peak periods and special events.
6. Adhere to scheduled shifts and staffing requirements; be available for nights, weekends and holidays as required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities; quick to learn and communicate product knowledge.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support sales goals as part of a team.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine store tasks.
