Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards
2. Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand guidelines and event activations
4. Support the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to store sales objectives
5. Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment in compliance with company policies
6. Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to meet scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

1. 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment
2. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to operational detail
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team orientation
4. Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly
5. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks required by retail operations
6. Availability for flexible scheduling within the Part‑Time hours band (15–29 hrs/week)

Entry-level retail experience preferred: typically 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing role with exposure to inventory and merchandising activities.
