Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards
2. Manage inventory processes: receive shipments, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to reflect brand standards and campaign requirements
4. Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store goals
5. Maintain a safe, organized and welcoming shopping environment in accordance with company policies
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented store culture

1. 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-facing role (or equivalent experience)
2. Available to work nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time schedules
3. Strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
5. Punctual, reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
