1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional client experiences.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
4. Deliver exceptional service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
