Sephora Operations Associate

- Execute daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient back-of-house processes.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain brand standards and drive conversion.
- Assist colleagues on the sales floor to deliver exceptional client service and help achieve store sales goals.
- Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Support event execution and temporary displays, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of merchandising tasks.
- Maintain punctuality and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours; be available during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Perform physical tasks associated with retail operations, including lifting and moving merchandise (up to 50 pounds).
- 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role, or equivalent customer service experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting a team in a high-volume retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn product information quickly and communicate knowledge to clients and peers.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physical capability to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.
