Sephora Operations Associate

1. Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store accurately reflects brand campaigns and event activations.
3. Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and assist in achieving store sales objectives.
4. Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to create a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
5. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive store culture by supporting colleagues and fostering open communication.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or another client‑facing environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conveying product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail duties during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
5. Reliable punctuality and availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part‑time scheduling.
