Sephora Operations Associate

Sephora is a global beauty retailer renowned for its curated assortment of prestige cosmetics and experiential in-store environment. 1. Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
2. Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the floor reflects Sephora’s brand standards and current campaigns.
3. Assist the sales team in delivering outstanding client experiences and contribute to achieving store sales objectives.
4. Maintain operational standards by following company policies, loss-prevention procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a secure shopping environment.
5. Perform physical tasks as required (e.g., receiving shipments, lifting up to 50 lbs) and adapt to flexible scheduling during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment, or equivalent demonstrated capability.
2. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail in inventory and merchandising tasks.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable educating customers on product features.
4. Reliable attendance and punctuality with the ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours expectations (Part‑time: 15–29 hrs/week).
5. Physically able to perform stock handling duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
