Sephora Operations Associate

1. Manage inventory lifecycle including stock replenishment, order fulfillment and basic loss-prevention procedures.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
3. Support daily store operations to maintain operational standards, safety and a seamless client experience.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and assist the sales team in achieving store sales and service objectives.
5. Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
6. Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold Sephora policies and customer service standards.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
4. Team-oriented, goal-driven approach and ability to follow brand standards and procedures.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
6. Availability to meet minimum weekly shifts and work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Entry-level to early-career candidates with 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles; experience in beauty retail is advantageous.
