Sephora Operations Associate

- Manage inventory lifecycle including stock replenishment, order fulfillment and basic loss-prevention procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
- Support daily store operations to maintain operational standards, safety and a seamless client experience.
- Deliver exceptional client service and assist the sales team in achieving store sales and service objectives.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold Sephora policies and customer service standards.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven approach and ability to follow brand standards and procedures.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shifts and work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
