Sephora Operations Associate

1. Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational continuity.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups so the store consistently reflects Sephora’s brand standards and campaign requirements.
3. Support the sales team by delivering exceptional client service, aiding product discovery, and contributing to achievement of sales targets.
4. Maintain store safety and operational policies, supporting a secure and welcoming shopping environment for clients and colleagues.
5. Contribute to a collaborative team culture, assisting with events, merchandising resets, and ad-hoc operational tasks during peak periods.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a client-facing environment; prior experience in beauty retail preferred.
2. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage inventory processes and merchandising execution.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of supporting client service and cross-functional teamwork.
4. Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and consistent attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
