Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving, and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain on‑brand presentation and event readiness.
  • Assist the sales team by creating an inviting shopping environment that enables client engagement and supports sales targets.
  • Adhere to loss‑prevention, safety and operational policies to maintain a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage time and multiple operational tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform stockroom duties.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.

Experience
