Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and compliance with company standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving, and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain on‑brand presentation and event readiness.
4. Assist the sales team by creating an inviting shopping environment that enables client engagement and supports sales targets.
5. Adhere to loss‑prevention, safety and operational policies to maintain a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment preferred.
2. Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage time and multiple operational tasks.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform stockroom duties.
5. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post‑secondary coursework or training in retail, merchandising or hospitality is a plus.
