Sephora Operations Associate

- Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient retail environment.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and event activations.
- Deliver excellent client service and support the sales team to achieve store performance goals.
- Maintain operational standards, follow company policies and uphold health, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote Sephora’s values of belonging.
- Provide reliable attendance and meet required minimum weekly scheduling needs, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving product (up to 50 pounds).
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented and goal driven.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
