- Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the salesfloor reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign directives.
- Deliver exceptional client service by assisting the sales team in creating outstanding customer experiences and contributing to sales objectives.
- Maintain store safety, adherence to company policies and loss‑prevention practices to create a secure shopping environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture, promoting inclusivity and supporting colleagues during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or other client‑facing environments (or equivalent transferable experience).
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time management and the ability to follow operational procedures.
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting team objectives and client interactions.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
