Sephora Operations Associate

- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory control activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving and order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure brand-compliant presentation and event execution.
- Deliver exceptional client service by supporting sales associates and contributing to sales objectives.
- Maintain store safety, loss-prevention practices and compliance with company policies.

- Meet required scheduling commitments; be available during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment, or a comparable operations role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated team orientation and goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to learn product knowledge rapidly and communicate information clearly to colleagues and clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks reliably.
