Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational standards.
2. Manage inventory control activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving and order fulfillment.
3. Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure brand-compliant presentation and event execution.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by supporting sales associates and contributing to sales objectives.
5. Maintain store safety, loss-prevention practices and compliance with company policies.
6. Work collaboratively to foster an inclusive team environment and promote a culture of openness and respect.
7. Meet required scheduling commitments; be available during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment, or a comparable operations role.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with an aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated team orientation and goal-driven mindset.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge rapidly and communicate information clearly to colleagues and clients.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks reliably.
6. Punctuality and consistent attendance; flexibility to work variable retail shifts.
