Sephora Operations and Logistics Management Controller

- Monitor logistics operations for Sephora Collection, supporting operational teams in budget construction and monitoring during monthly closings and budget periods.
- Oversee approach costs, including transport and customs, ensuring their accurate settlement.
- Assist cross-functional teams in constructing and managing capital expenditure budgets (Capex) and optimizing existing assets.
- Participate in internal Finance Department projects to optimize or develop new management tools.
- Contribute to the transversal efficiency of the FP&A team and promote financial literacy within operational teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Control or equivalent (BAC +5).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling, ideally within a logistics and/or industrial context.
- Proficiency in SAP FI-CO / SAP 4-Hana and Excel.
- Strong command of English.
- Team spirit, rigor, reliability, analytical skills, and synthesis ability.
- Interest in IT, good interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of service.
Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a logistics or industrial setting.
Bachelor's degree in Management Control or equivalent (BAC +5).
