1. Support local teams in utilizing Click & Collect and Sephora+ services.
2. Share key performance indicators with local teams monthly.
3. Gather, specify, and prioritize market inputs and needs.
4. Encourage sharing of best practices across the region.
5. Propose improvements to existing processes.
6. Coordinate the deployment of digital in-store experiences across the EME region.
7. Engage with local teams to promote the adoption of deployed tools.
8. Interact with Product and IT teams to optimize digital experiences.
9. Produce a monthly report on business generated by digital tools.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in a relevant field.

2. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
4. Interest in Digital and Retail sectors.
