1. Support the creation and dissemination of weekly reports, including Merchandising trading packs and Purchase Order reports.
2. Contribute to the management and updating of the weekly forecasting tool, focusing on stock levels and product performance.
3. Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional and supplier funding campaigns.
4. Investigate and address issues related to low product availability and stock turnover.
5. Collaborate with the Buying team to ensure smooth product flow and timely launches.
6. Resolve stock-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Finance.

1. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with computer systems.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
5. Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.

Beginner level experience or exposure in Ecommerce, FMCG, or retail merchandising is advantageous.
