Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, inventory, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement in beauty product merchandising.
- Produce regular reports on product performance and the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of promotional campaigns and merchandising activities.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure in-store product presentation meets brand standards and maximizes visibility.
- Review and adjust store planograms and layouts to enhance product placement and increase sales.
- Coordinate the implementation of new merchandising strategies and promotions in stores.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the beauty and retail sectors.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify effective merchandising strategies and adapt accordingly.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure product assortment aligns with market demands and consumer preferences.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate product rotation and minimize stockouts.
- Work with the logistics team to optimize product flow and improve availability in stores.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, actionable reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams and suppliers.
- Deep knowledge of beauty market trends and best practices in retail merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills essential.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the beauty sector. Experience in sales data analysis and inventory management.
Education Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
