1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

Minimum of 3 years managing a high-volume retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $87,800.00 - $95,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
