- Lead the media briefing process for Sephora-owned brand moments and regional brand stories.
- Oversee end-to-end media planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and best practices.
- Provide strategic insights to media agencies to inspire innovative media plans.
- Identify new platform formats and creative opportunities to enhance brand impact.
- Develop and lead regional brand-funded media strategies to deepen partnerships and maximize joint investments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for brand-funded and co-op media campaigns.
- Manage budget utilization and ensure strong governance for brand-funded media.
- Build collaborative partnerships with media agencies to enhance planning quality and execution.
- Evaluate agency outputs to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and best practices.
- Leverage agency-driven insights and market intelligence to strengthen planning decisions.
- At least 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing within B2C verticals.
- Experience managing direct reports and enhancing team capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Offline Media.
- Experience managing brand-funded or co-op media programs is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong upper-funnel media expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Ability to operate with agility in a fast-evolving digital environment.
- Structured and analytical mindset.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing in B2C verticals, with exposure to upper-funnel strategies.
