1. Coordinate and develop the media team, defining roles and objectives with a focus on results and development.
2. Manage digital campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization for continuous improvement and efficiency.
3. Plan and manage the media calendar with a focus on e-commerce sales generation.
4. Oversee SEM, Programmatic, Social Ads, Affiliate, and other media channels.
5. Manage performance indicators and provide proactive insights for improvements and opportunities.
6. Monitor daily indicators, present results, and prepare reports and dashboards.
7. Collaborate with technology, creative, tagging, and business intelligence teams.
8. Conduct tests and analyze competition.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business Administration.
2. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
3. Proven leadership skills.
4. Experience in media planning and operations with a focus on apps.

1. Proficiency in media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Programmatic.
2. Experience with Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or Adjust.
3. Strong understanding of key performance indicators and essential business metrics.
4. E-commerce and retail knowledge.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business Administration.
