1. Support the development of product plans for 2027/2028/2029, including formula testing, product naming, website content, and creation of 360° communication materials.
2. Conduct weekly analyses of product launches by region and monitor category performance.
3. Participate in the development and study of the marketing strategy for 2028/2029.
4. Perform competitive intelligence on brands, market innovations, and consumer needs, and create internal newsletters on current topics.
5. Assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders and Sephora Retail.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing.
2. Previous experience in marketing development.
3. Strong interest in the cosmetics industry, with a preference for skincare.
4. Fluent in English.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Beginner level experience in marketing development is required.

Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
