- Lead the end-to-end program strategy and creative campaign development for gamification and targeted promotions.
- Expand client engagement and drive incremental growth through innovative promotion programs.
- Gather insights on program performance and develop recommendations for increased impact.
- Collaborate with the tech team to define opportunities for new features and functionality.
- Develop creative briefs to drive client behavior and ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Support the Senior Manager in test and learn strategy and execution.
- Create and execute annual gamification marketing communication strategies.
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to innovate promotional strategies.
- 5+ years in marketing, strategy, or loyalty program management, preferably in agency or retail settings.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a changing retail environment.
- Strong collaboration skills across complex cross-functional programs.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving in marketing.
A minimum of 5 years in marketing, strategy, or loyalty program management, with a preference for experience in agency or retail environments.
Bachelor's Degree
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
