Sephora Marketing Director

- Increase traffic in both physical and online stores.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance market share and brand awareness.
- Create and execute comprehensive media and advertising strategies for the Sephora brand and co-branded campaigns.
- Lead PR and digital PR strategies to maintain a strong presence in the Italian market.
- Establish and manage influencer collaborations to enhance brand advocacy.
- Develop original content for all platforms.
- Plan and manage sponsorships, branded events, and large-scale consumer activations.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget to achieve country-specific goals.
- Cultivate and strengthen the existing loyal customer base to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Expand the loyalty program and implement initiatives to reduce customer churn.
- Analyze customer data to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure flawless execution of in-store visual merchandising.
- Develop special in-store activations for key promotional periods.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on marketing performance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape.
Minimum of 10 years in marketing, with significant leadership experience in the retail sector.
