Sephora Market Financial Controller

- Continuous business monitoring and oversight of Sell OUT and Sell IN for assigned regions in collaboration with Business Development and Demand Planning teams.
- Preparation of monthly and weekly reports, ad-hoc sales analyses (Retail sales and Sell-in), and participation in business reviews with markets.
- Execution of monthly closures, performance analysis by market, and budget tracking; ongoing monitoring of risks and opportunities by market.
- Participation in the development of the Strategic Plan, Budget, and Revisions in collaboration with Business Development and Demand Planning teams.
- Propose stock clearance plans.
- Ensure the reliability of financial information in IT BI tools (PowerBI/Qlik Sense) and act as a reference for these tools for other departments.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- First successful experience in Financial Control.
- Proficiency in SAP FI-CO, Qlik Sense, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Interest in IT.
A minimum of one year of experience in financial control is required.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
