1. Lead the design process for retail environments, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate store design quality while adhering to cost, schedule, and operational requirements.
3. Manage internal design teams and external consultants, overseeing projects from concept to completion.
4. Coordinate with Real Estate, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Property Development throughout all design stages.
5. Provide planning, interior elevations, and storefront design studies based on Sephora design standards.
6. Facilitate team efforts to develop project scope, including code review and merchandise requirements.
7. Oversee quality control with third-party architects to ensure compliance with Sephora design standards.
8. Communicate Sephora's brand perspective to external partners effectively.
9. Contribute insights to improve store design tools and processes.
10. Lead high-profile and complex projects, including special initiatives and process evolution.

1. At least seven years of experience in Retail Architecture, Retail Design, or a similar field.
2. Minimum of five years leading and managing high-performing teams.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite (In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator).
2. Experience with computer visualization tools such as SketchUp, Adobe, Rhino, or 3DS MAX.
3. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop design teams.
5. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and construction documentation.
6. Understanding of current retail design trends and best practices.
7. Ability to manage project budgets effectively.
8. Strategic agility and organizational savvy.

At least seven years in Retail Architecture or Retail Design, with a minimum of five years in a leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Annual base salary range of $132,005.00 - $147,535.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
