4. Drive service and sales performance through personalized consultations and proactive engagement.
5. Oversee the Booxi appointment system and ensure seamless service bookings.
6. Build expertise in My Skin Diag for high-quality consultations.
7. Maintain Beauty Hub standards and ensure operational excellence in stock management and merchandising.
8. Partner with store leadership for impactful campaigns and seasonal activations.
9. Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development plans.
10. Manage Employee Relations processes professionally.

2. Expertise in makeup techniques, trends, and product knowledge.
