Sephora Makeup Category Assistant

1. Support the Makeup Category team throughout the commercial lifecycle.
2. Liaise with suppliers to gather new line information and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
3. Assist the Makeup Category Manager with trend analysis, forecasting, and identifying emerging brands and innovations.
4. Prepare product nominations for marketing, social media, and PR activities.
5. Analyze sales, margin, and performance trends to identify opportunities for weekly trade reviews.
6. Raise purchase orders for new ranges, promotional buys, samples, and ad hoc requests.
7. Update product data, pricing files, codes, and supplier contact information to maintain accuracy.
8. Resolve supplier invoice queries by collaborating with Finance to address pricing discrepancies.
9. Manage the call-in, tracking, and coordination of product samples for marketing and retail needs.
10. Oversee retail sampling processes and ensure deadlines are met.
11. Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and commercial projects assigned by senior team members.
12. Deputize for the Assistant Category Manager when required.
