1. Enhance client experience by welcoming, listening, and exceeding client expectations using digital tools.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalized fragrance consultations.
3. Introduce and promote complimentary services to elevate client purchases.
4. Assist and guide clients on product selection and techniques, while supporting team training.
5. Communicate with store management on training opportunities and provide feedback on fragrance tours/events.
6. Apply Sephora's selling techniques to maximize client purchases and achieve sales KPIs.
7. Support store operations, including merchandising and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
8. Minimize stock loss and communicate tester requirements to management regularly.

1. Minimum 3 years of proven successful sales and service experience in a similar role.
2. Experience as a Beauty Consultant at Sephora is preferred.
