Sephora Maintenance Technician

1. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, painting, and general upkeep.
2. Conduct preventive maintenance on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment, including lubrication and cleaning.
3. Check, change, and clean powered industrial truck batteries.
4. Document equipment repairs and adjustments accurately.
5. Provide general labor and custodial services, including repair of household fixtures.
6. Operate motorized material handling equipment as necessary.
7. Assist in setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events.
8. Comply with safety laws, Sephora's safety policies, and loss prevention procedures.
9. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
2. Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

1. Knowledge of general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment.
2. Proficiency in operating standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
3. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Adaptability to changing priorities and operational needs.

Beginner level experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $26.25 - $28.10/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
