Sephora Maintenance Technician III

1. Conduct preventive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
2. Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs and upgrades on equipment and facilities.
3. Document and assess necessary equipment and facility repairs and adjustments.
4. Coordinate with local service providers, inspectors, and property asset managers.
5. Ensure compliance with OSHA and state-mandated training for maintenance and sanitation activities.
6. Adhere to safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, reporting any violations.
7. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.

1. At least 6 months experience with PLC logic principles and related technologies.
2. Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred.
3. Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a facilities, distribution, or manufacturing environment, or 4 years without a degree.
4. Experience with Automated Process Control or MHE maintenance.
5. Proficiency in Lock-out/Tag-out process and OSHA regulations.
6. Extensive mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
7. Welding and fabrication experience preferred.

1. Proficiency in using test and metering equipment.
2. Knowledge of maintenance practices for MHE, conveyors, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
3. Experience in repairing and maintaining HVAC systems.
4. Ability to operate hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
5. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
6. Proficiency in preventive/predictive maintenance practices.

Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a facilities, distribution, or manufacturing environment, or 4 years without a degree.

Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred.

Starting base pay is $34.50 - $36.90/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
