1. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
2. Perform and document equipment repairs and adjustments accurately.
3. Execute facility repairs and upgrades as assigned.
4. Assist in custodial repairs and event setups.
5. Comply with all safety regulations and report violations.
6. Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
2. Minimum of two to three years of experience as a maintenance mechanic.
3. Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.

1. Proficiency in general maintenance practices for motorized equipment.
2. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
3. Skill in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Minimum of three years of practical experience in maintenance mechanics, with expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

The target hourly pay is competitive and varies based on qualifications and experience. Shift differential pay may be available for certain work schedules.
