Sephora Loyalty Program Senior Manager

- Lead the preparation and execution of the loyalty program across European countries.
- Deliver market-specific presentations of new value propositions, including detailed comparisons between existing and new mechanics.
- Organize and lead kick-off meetings with General Managers, CODIR, CRM leaders, and Marketing Directors for each country.
- Coordinate and track all key milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and aligned rollout.
- Collaborate with local finance teams to develop and finalize business plans by November, in line with central strategy and local workload.
- Ensure delivery of assets to digital and legal readiness, including content translation and UX adjustments.
- Facilitate retail and operation adoption through tailored tools, training, and change management activities.
- Optimize rewards management processes, delivering scalable processes and automated reporting tools.
- Oversee and coordinate the post-launch support phase (Hypercare) through the end of 2025, monitoring performance and integrating feedback for international rollout.
- Proven experience in leading projects with multiple stakeholders across countries or departments.
- Strong knowledge of loyalty programs and client lifecycle management.
- Ability to drive execution while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Structured and rigorous project management skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing loyalty programs and cross-functional projects.
