1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with management on loss prevention strategies.
2. Conduct surveillance in sales areas and utilize CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and communicate potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
5. Report all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store staff, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
8. Assist with store audits, security checks, and communicate findings to store leadership.
9. Support inventory processes, ensuring timely and cyclical inventory checks.
10. Maintain updated store licenses and ensure availability in the backstage area.
11. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures and adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
12. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning training modules and raise awareness about loss prevention among store teams.
13. Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to the training of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention; retail experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Logical reasoning abilities.
3. Basic computer literacy.

Experience in loss prevention is required, with retail experience being advantageous.
