1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with management to prevent losses.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
5. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
6. Testify in court, representing the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store employees, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
8. Assist in store audits, safety checks, and communicate findings to the store leadership team.
9. Support inventory processes and ensure timely and cyclical inventory checks.
10. Maintain updated store licenses and ensure they are accessible.
11. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
12. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning training modules and promote loss prevention awareness among store staff.
13. Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to the training of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention is required.
2. Retail experience is desirable.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning abilities.
3. Basic computer skills are desirable.

Beginner-level experience in loss prevention is required. Retail experience is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent.
