Sephora Loss Prevention Agent

1. Protect store assets from theft and work collaboratively with management to prevent losses.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and communicate potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation when necessary.
5. Report all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to the appropriate departments.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store staff, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
8. Assist with store audits, safety checks, and communicate results to store leadership.
9. Support inventory processes and ensure timely and cyclical inventory execution.
10. Conduct monthly locker inspections and maintain updated store licenses.
11. Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures, following the LVMH code of ethics and conduct.
12. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning trainings and raise awareness of loss prevention among store staff.
13. Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to the training of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention is required.
2. Retail experience is desirable.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning abilities.
3. Basic computer skills are desirable.

Beginner-level experience in loss prevention is required, with retail experience being advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent.
